Hebert Performance Training is fully certified by the New York State Department of Economic Development as a "Woman -Owned Business Enterprise." HPT is listed on the New York State Eligible Training Provider List, and the federal government Central Contractor Registration.Joan instructs for the American Management Association, is an Achieve Global "certified" instructor, and was an Adjunct Professor in Speech Communication at Syracuse University.
